1. Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.

2. How to Request a Return

Email us at cosmorasupport@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 1–2 business days with next steps.

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

4. Non-Refundable Items

  • Items returned after 30 days
  • Items that are damaged, used, or missing original packaging
  • Final sale or discounted items (where noted)

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrived damaged or defective, contact us immediately at cosmorasupport@gmail.com with photos and your order number. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

6. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order.
